These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the miga888 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with miga888, you accept these terms in full.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the miga888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, email address, payment method, or IP address used. Where duplicate accounts are identified — including during KYC review — all accounts will be closed, any balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any bonuses received across the accounts will be cancelled.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of account registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your miga888 account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. miga888 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. You must notify miga888 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Available methods may vary from time to time at miga888's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All player balances on the miga888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit crediting. No currency conversion fees are charged by miga888, though third-party transaction fees imposed by payment processors may apply.
4.3 Personal Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from payment methods registered in another person's name are not permitted and will be treated as a breach of these Terms. miga888 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not match the registered account holder.
4.4 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
4.5 Failed Deposits. miga888 is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to technical failures or errors on the part of your payment provider. If a deposit does not credit to your miga888 account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified, your account must be in good standing, and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been met in full.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. miga888 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1 to 4 hours for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times for first-time withdrawals may be longer due to additional security review. miga888 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case miga888 will use a verified alternative method associated with your account. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated to players upon request or within the account dashboard. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
5.5 Incomplete Wager Requirements. If you request a withdrawal while bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements are active on your account, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the withdrawal processed on your remaining real-money balance only.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, and free bets offered by miga888 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your miga888 account are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
6.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. Each new miga888 member is eligible for one welcome bonus only. Eligibility is determined at the individual level — not at the device, IP address, or household level — but duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. miga888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a systematic bonus exploitation strategy. Affected accounts may be permanently closed.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
7.1 Game Rules. The rules governing each individual game — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, slots, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, sports betting, and all other games available on the miga888 Platform — are contained within the game interface and accessible from the game information panel. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by miga888. miga888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet exceeds applicable table limits, where there is a suspected error in the displayed odds or game outcome, or where a bet is placed in breach of these Terms.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect RTP configuration, or software malfunction — miga888 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance. miga888 is not obligated to honour bets placed as a result of a manifest error, regardless of whether a win is displayed at the time of the error.
7.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event that your internet connection is lost during a live casino game or sportsbook bet, the outcome of the wager will be determined by the server-side record. miga888 is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity failures on your side.
7.5 Sportsbook Rules. For sports betting, results are determined by the official result at the end of the relevant match or event, including any extra time or overtime as specified in the individual bet type. Results from governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for football, the official UFC scorecard for MMA) are used as the definitive source. Protests and appeals by participants do not affect settlement unless the governing body formally reverses the result within the stated settlement period.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the miga888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 miga888's Right to Suspend. miga888 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform or other players.
9.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your miga888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming reasons may activate voluntary self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and miga888 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications being sent to you.
9.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. miga888 will notify you by email prior to classifying your account as dormant. A monthly administration fee of RM 10 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance. No fee will reduce an account balance below zero. Your account may be reactivated at any time by logging in.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of miga888.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, miga888 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from interruption to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
12.2 miga888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your miga888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
miga888's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the miga888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the miga888 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy addresses, among other matters, how miga888 handles data collected during registration, KYC, transactions, and general Platform use.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to miga888's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the miga888 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
14.2 Before initiating any formal dispute process, you are encouraged to contact miga888 customer support to seek resolution. miga888 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. 14.3 Game results and bet outcomes are determined by miga888's server-side records, which constitute the authoritative record in any dispute. Where a discrepancy exists between the information displayed on your device and the server-side record, the server-side record prevails.
miga888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, miga888 will provide advance notice via the Platform and/or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the miga888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
